Desktop Support Technician

 

Aperia is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide hardware, software and user support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide desktop support to users and brief new employees on system usage and policies
• Deploy, and troubleshoot user workstations, notebooks and software
• Research, purchase and maintain inventory of hardware and software
• Manage Active Directory domain users and Office 365 enterprise email accounts

Eligibility Requirements:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows OS and experience with Active Directory in regard to
users, groups and group policies and domains
• Professional communication skills (spoken and written)
• Moderate, heavy lifting
• Limited travel to local datacenter
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to learn new skills and switch focus between many different tasks and
technologies
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the
selection process

• HP workstations and notebooks
• Office 365 Enterprise
• Microsoft Windows 7 & 10
• Networking basics
