The client was looking for extensive analytical reporting to provide insights into the actual interchange data and for segmentation tools to better understand the variations and cost drivers of interchange rates.

Aperia designed, developed, and delivered a comprehensive analytics solution that provides key metrics for managing interchange and chargebacks with drill down/drill up, segmentation by key property dimensions, and trending over multiple periods of time. With this solution, the client can easily detect outlier data points in the underlying transactions and pinpoint issues with interchange and chargeback rates.
