The client needed a common system to serve the corporate, ISO, and merchant communities regardless of the underlying processing platform. It would integrate multiple current applications and features into one application platform with portfolio reporting, risk management, and customer service.
Aperia designed, developed, and delivered a multi-platform white-labeled SaaS solution that seamlessly merged data from multiple sources into a single, unified user experience for revenue management, merchant reporting, ISO reporting, ISO risk management, and customer service.
The solution integrated various legacy backend platforms, including mainframes, through existing API service calls and newly developed API connections where needed. This improved the merchants’ and employees’ experience so dramatically that it reduced time spent on merchant support calls and new hire training.
